I would recommend coordinating with your client to meet her and travel together, if that works. Thanks.

Thank you very much. Also, since the courthouse is near the Bowery hotel is there any chance that
car could pick
me up at the courthouse after the car picks up illt
Then I would be able to ride with her to my hotel, the Lotte New
York Palace .In the alternative, I guess I could try to get to her hotel to go with her in the car to my hotel, but picking me
up at the courthouse would be easier for me.

Let's plan to meet tomorrow at 2 p.m. at your hotel, in that case. I'll send a separate email, copying
make sure that car arrangements are made for your client. Hope you have a good flight.

My flight is leaving for New York now and I will not be able to respond to more emails until tonight. I am sorry that I am
unable to arrange for a room at her hotel. If you are able to arrange for a room at her hotel and if the government will pay
for it ,that will be fine as far as I am concerned.

That is understandable, and thanks for letting us know. Are you referring to meeting at her hotel or at yours? If possible, I
think it would be easier for everyone to meet at her hotel, if you're able to arrange for a conference room there. We are
available to meet at 2 in either case. Thanks.
