EVERDELL: Your Honor, from the defense, I think after Mr. Alessi, there is going to be a series of law enforcement agents to talk about items that were recovered during various searches, and I have some objections to the Esa exhibits that I want to raise now, which we've conferred with the government, we've reached agreement on some things, but there are others to raise. THE COURT: Okay. MR. EVERDELL: The first witness -- and this relates to the Florida -- the search of the Palm Beach residence. I believe Mr. Parkinson, who I believe is going to testify after Mr. Alessi, is the agent who went through during the search, of October 20th of 2005, of that residence.
