Indictment 20 Cr. 330 (AJN) was filed on June 29, 2020, charging Maxwell in six counts. On July 2, 2020, Maxwell was arrested. On July 8, 2020, Indictment S1 20 Cr. 330 (AJN) (the “Indictment’’) was filed containing the same charges with ministerial corrections. (Dkt. 17 (“Ind.’’)).! Count One charges Maxwell with conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
