Jeffrey Epstein and his former associates, shall remain confidential and will not be published 
in the Daily Mail newspaper or disclosed to any third party until such time as a formal written 
agreement has been reached between us relating to the publication of the information. The 
above restriction does not apply to any photographs which are at the date hereof, or become 
hereafter, public through no fault of the Daily Mail.
