Annual Assurance Statement - FY 2019 
A review of the overall system of internal controls under my 
Division at Metropolitan Correctional Center, New York for fiscal 
year 2019 was conducted in accordance with Program Statement 
1210.23, Management Control and Program Review Manual. 
Based on the findings of Operational Reviews, Program Reviews, 
and Staff Assistance Visits, all indications are that existing 
and new program activities are effectively and efficiently 
managed to achieve the goals of the agency. I am providing 
reasonable assurance that government resources are protected 
against fraud, mismanagement or misappropriation.
