I am writing to request the complete medical examiners report associated with the investigation into the death of U.S. 
Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Correctional Center New York inmate, Jeffrey Epstein. Please provide the OIG with a copy 
of the complete medical examiners paper and digital files including the examiners notes, reports, photos, evidence, x-
rays, and any other documentation utilized by the medical examiner to further its investigation and to make the 
determination on cause of death.
