MI, can you advise us when we will receive a response to our letters of July 26 and August 1 seeking preservation (or 
production) and asking for you to advise other relevant party's of our preservation request. 
I would particularly ask that your provide us with a reply to the request that you advise others such as the eg AUSA's in 
the ND Ga, and CEOS and AUSA 
of our request that relevant records be preserved pending discovery/production
